What do you love most about your job? What I love most about working at ABS is the great team we have! Everyone is very knowledgeable and they are always there to help you out if you are stuck with any issue, without hesitation!

What inspired you to join the team at ABS? To tell you the truth, what inspired me to join ABS was when I saw the job posting, the title of Administrative Wizard caught my eye! In the posting it also described the company’s core values, which was something you don’t usually see posted. Also, the icing on the cake was having Friday’s off, no complaints about that!

What do you enjoy most about your job? What I enjoy about my job is working with my co-workers. They are very helpful and we all get along!

What inspired you to join the team at ABS? What inspired me to join ABS is that it’s a family business, everyone is friendly and my flexible working hours.

What is a commissioning charge and why is it important with new batteries?

A commissioning charge is similar to equalize charging, but with new batteries the charging voltage may be higher and held constant for a longer period of time to ensure the new batteries are fully charged and to help balance the cell capacities and voltages. The following shows the typical variation of cell voltages on float for a brand-new battery before commissioning charge:
